Mike Riordan

Chief Executive Officer

Mike Riordan is an experienced business leader with a passion for innovation and technology. As the CEO of RSekure, he is responsible for driving the company’s growth and helping clients achieve their digital transformation goals.

Mike began his career in finance before later pursuing his interest in technology. His passion drove him to become an expert in the business of cloud computing, cybersecurity and digital strategy. His track record of success in the tech industry includes holding senior executive positions at several leading firms prior to co-founding RavenTek, RSekure’s parent company, in 2015.  Under Mike’s leadership, RavenTek and RSekure have grown into industry leaders, delivering cutting edge solutions to their customers.

In addition to his work at RavenTek, Mike is also an active member of the tech community and frequently speaks at industry events and conferences. He is committed to mentoring the next generation of tech leaders and has served as a mentor and advisor to several startups and young professionals.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Finance from Penn State University. He is known for his innovative thinking, strategic vision, commitment to excellence, and commitment to giving back through charitable endeavors.

Matt Moseley

Chief Growth Officer

As Chief Growth Officer at RSekure, Matt Moseley leads the company’s business development and growth strategy, advancing partnerships and solutions that strengthen national security and mission success. Drawing on nearly two decades of experience across the U.S. Intelligence Community and Department of Defense, Matt brings deep expertise in intelligence operations, data policy, and technology acquisition.

Before joining RSekure, Matt served as Director of IC Capture Management at Peraton and held multiple senior leadership roles within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Defense Intelligence Agency. His career includes extensive forward-deployed intelligence support to joint special operations, as well as key roles in counterterrorism and data governance at the national level.

An entrepreneurial and inclusive leader, Matt is known for fostering collaboration, developing talent, and driving strategic outcomes in complex, high-stakes environments. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Military History from Radford University.

Chris Miller

Chief Technology Officer

Chris Miller serves as Chief Technology Officer at RSekure, bringing more than two decades of mission-focused technology leadership to the role. Since the events of 9/11, he has supported the U.S. Intelligence Community in critical technical and leadership positions across the globe, beginning his career as a systems and network engineer and gaining extensive field experience through multiple overseas deployments.

He has held senior roles including Program Manager, Chief Engineer, and CTO, previously leading technology strategy at Delta Bridge and Navstar in support of high-impact national security missions. At Navstar, he also served as Business Unit Vice President, overseeing technical delivery and operational performance.
 
An entrepreneur as well as a technologist, he founded and operated his own telecommunications company and most recently served as Chief Engineer at Leidos, where he led technical strategy and innovation for complex, mission-critical programs.
 
Chris earned his bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and is pursuing a graduate certificate in Cybersecurity from Harvard University.

Steve Yarbrough

Chief Operations Officer

As Chief Operations Officer at RSekure, Steve Yarbrough drives the company’s operational strategy, ensuring mission readiness, efficiency, and scalability across all programs. With more than four decades of experience in national security, intelligence, and technology operations, he brings a global perspective and a proven ability to align innovation with complex mission requirements.

Steve’s leadership at RSekure builds on a distinguished career as President of Woomera Technology—acquired by RavenTek and rebranded as RSekure in 2022—where he led teams delivering advanced IT, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions in support of counterterrorism, intelligence, and law enforcement missions worldwide. Earlier, he held senior positions at CENTRA Technology and served as the National Intelligence Collection Officer (NICO) within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, supporting the Western Hemisphere and guiding homeland and foreign intelligence initiatives for the National Security Council.

A retired Foreign Service Officer and former U.S. Army Intelligence Advisor, Steve’s career has spanned continents and critical moments in modern history, helping shape U.S. diplomatic, security, and technology efforts in a rapidly changing global landscape.
